DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
Yes! Of course, we accept returns: And you will never have to wait too long for your refund. We are a compassionate family company.
We offer every customer a Money Back No Risk Buyers Protection. If your purchase does not arrive until after the window as described by your shipping choice we will issue a refund. Please see FAQ for more information on refunds.
We do approve returns/refunds If an item is faulty or damaged--within 14 days after the delivery. You may request a refund or ask for an exchange for an item equal to the amount of your original purchase minus shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging and we must receive an email stating the reason for your return. We will respond swiftly with an approval or denial upon receipt of the email which includes proof of purchase. You don't have to worry too much because we inspect all items carefully before they're shipped. Understanding that items can sometimes become damaged during their travels, we will be happy to receive your return and issue you a full refund sans shipping costs that MakersFolly paid for the original purchase. if we confirm that the items were not damaged purposefully. Please do not send product back to us until you get an email response to your request (We must receive a proof of purchase and proof of identity via email first). For hand-made and "re-fashioned" items all sales are final. If an item is purposefully damaged for the purpose of receiving a refund, our product analysts will be able to detect if this is so, in which case, customer will not receive a refund and will be responsible for a $15 restocking fee. Items returned after the 14 days (from delivery date) will not be eligible for a refund.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
We’ll ship your package anywhere in the Continental U.S. that can accept deliveries; however, we do not deliver to P.O boxes because we want to make sure your goodies end up in your hands only.
WHY DOES IT TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY?

We receive your purchases and then they are thoroughly examined for quality assurance and then we mail them to you! It usually takes 2-3 weeks or less but to be safe we like to give you a nice wide window so you aren't panicking about the location of your goodies. Don't worry...we got you covered.
